Stairway to…

“There’s a lady who’s sure all that glitters is gold, and she’s buying a stairway to heaven.”

Just like Led Zeppelin’s lady, we’re all willing to buy a stairway to something, be it success, happiness or anything else. For me that “stairway” would be to the long-waited summer, when I’ll have nothing to do but what I love and show you the latest projects I’ll be working on.

However, when the temperatures outside tend to be over the top (well, by looking out the window, I start to doubt, since in my country the mornings are warm and blissful and by the noon down comes the rain) is the time when the all-time savior for a put together look – the dress – comes really in handy for people like me who don’t want to waste time on building that perfect outfit.

To be honest, I’ve never considered myself a true “fashionista”, but I  do have some, let’s say, skills when choosing aesthetically pleasant looks – either in trends, or not.

What I love about this dress I’m wearing is the “rose petal” print and the minimalist cut that matches perfectly the little-rose-detailed shoes, which, I must say, were definitely made for me. I can keep bragging on and on, but I’d better show you:

Also, if you are willing to make a fashion statement, add a pair of delicate socks in a contrast colour and there you go – the perfect summer go-to look.

Oh, dear, and of course I had to stop and snap a few pictures when passing by this art gallery…
